Early this morning I spent some time with one of my union sisters who just killed a person with her train. She didn't even know she hit anybody until the operator of a following train called in the body.
I won't tell what she said as the drug testing and paperwork was completed but I can tell you this. The person at the throttle does suffer.
We do have an employee assistance program to help employees deal with traumatic issues.
