Oregon Lumber Company Mikados?

In another discussion on this site, Bruce Pryor provided a link to a great site containing various newspaper clippings about the Sumpter Valley Railway. Attached is a clipping from that site that lists purchases made by various RR's with the American Locomotive Company in 1920. Listed and marked with an arrow are the two Mikados ordered by the SVRy, but the four lines above that caught my eye. Three 87 ton Mikados for the Oregon Lumber Company? Did they have grandiose plans for the Middle Fork country (Ha Ha) or what?
