Thanks Bruce: the photo shows Bridal Veil Lumbering Co."Jumbo" 0-6-0T (BLW 12169-5/1891) near Palmer, OR on Jan 1, 1910. 5x7 glass neg by Huron H. Smith. Another photo in this same group shows the BVL first lokie, a different 0-6-0T, named "Peggy", with the same style of unusual stack. A second #1 0-6-0+Tender arrived in 1913. Bridal Veil was three foot gauge.-Mal
