And what about #261 and #3751? Aren't ANY of our big 4-8-4's and 2-8-4's in shape to compete with this Upstart from Down Under - if not actually committed to an upcoming excursion - at the present time?
And don't forget #2472: she'll be running on the Niles Canyon Railway over Labor Day Weekend, and at well over 200 tons she's a close contender with #6029 in weight* if not in tractive effort!
