Reguarding the above mentioned publication. I spoke with Tim at BHI Publications, the publisher of A Century + 10, last year. He said then that he still had this book in stock but it was starting to run out and when it did it would NOT be reprinted. If anyone is interested in obtaining a copy it might be better to do so now than wait until later. It is a little pricey at $50.00 but well worth the money IMHO of course.
