I did find 5 crossing starting around MP 341 in the narrows as you mentioned.

The Friends milepost crew used the valuation map mentioned by Earl to place "private property" signs near MP341 in the Narrows. We also used it to place two signs near MP292 near Lava and to identify another location near MP300 near Big Horn where another sign can be placed in the future. Some of the locations were for crossings, but IIRC at least one sign was located where the old road entered the right-of-way but didn't cross the tracks.
