check out this picture that is for sale on eBay, I have come to the conclusion that all the NdeM did is press the drive wheels out to where the counterbalances were(so where the frame was) and narrowed the frame to make it standard gauge. Quite the interesting picture. Looks like it got a different smoke stack too. Nice Veiw.
