Here's a question for Fritze: Looking at Silverton with Google maps, I was wondering how plans might be made for getting future track around the tailings pile north of town. it appears the paved road squeezes so close in to the river, that there would not be room for the RR right-of-Way. I assume this has been discussed? If so, how might construction be accomplished here?
