Cumbres & Toltec Web Site(s)

I was updating my Netscape bookmarks this p.m. and found that I still had an active link to www.cumbresandtoltec.com/index3.html that worked, but it's not the same as the www.cumbrestoltec.com. Also, www.cumbresandtoltec.com is shown as "offline". What's the story? Is that site still owned by George B. or tied up in the litigation? If both URL's are out there and up, some tourist types may try to use it and get discouraged, especially if they are directed there by some other tourist link on the web (e.g. chamber of commerce, state tourism dept., etc.) This is just a note to those who read this board who might be able to change the situation.
