It would appear that the Texas State Railroad #300 and the National Railroad Museum's #101 are the two surviving wartime Pershing's. The CFR 140-117 is a post war engine, built to the same design as the Pershing, much the same way USRA design's continued to be produced after the end of the USRA. Whether those engines should be called USRA's depends on how picky you are. Same with the Pershing.

Of interest though, the CFR 140-117 is the only one that appears to still look much like an original Pershing. Both the 300 and the 101 have been given new cabs, US style pilots, etc.
