Take a look at the photo below(on Fritz's flickr page)

I can't find a plain shot of this, I'm sure it used to be up on flickr but maybe I saw it here.

It shows a 4 panel cab, yet the #100 also appears in photos with a 2 panel cab, most famously in this well know shot:

When did it change? Was there a wreck that nessictated the replacement?
