SPNG 18 update!

Short and to the point. We have reached a great milestone in our efforts to restore Southern Pacific NG #18. After a year and a half of sitting on cribbing as of 4-12-14 the 18 is back on her Drivers again.
Big thanks to all those that helped us get the wheels back under the loco. And to the Mt Rainier scenic RR for machining the tires replacing one axle and renewing the driver boxes.
