Re: Ouray Branch map(s) & other old USGS topo maps

If you want a physical copy of the maps BCP linked to, contact the USGS (United States Geological Survey) Denver office. They can set you up to buy photostatic copies of these and other old 15' and 30' topos. Not sure of the current cost, it was $12/map a 5 years back or so but regular topos (current 7.5' maps) doubled in price a few years ago so I'm not sure what happened to the price for these.

Not all of Colorado was covered at these scales, but there is much of interest to be had for all the major 3' ga roads. (not to mention D&RG std ga and CM, etc, etc.)
