Thanks, Sawyer463, I enjoyed living it to be able to write it. Vietnam is a beautiful country. If you look past the surface the way things are done on the vietnamese railways are rather like an operating museum! special not to DWBrown, just noticed my user ID is uncomfortably close to yours...sorry about that! Perhaps I'll change mine!
