Narrow Gauge boxcar in Cordelia, CA?

Just saw a post over on Trainorders where someone mentioned an old passenger car (SP wooden combine) and two wood boxcars that were on the ground as sheds at the California Northern junction with the ex-SP CalP line near Cordelia, CA.
One of the boxcars is described as a narrow gauge car. Anyone know any particulars? Be curious to know who owned it.
