The narrow gauge ET&WNC boxcar has been moved to the new display at the Carter County Chamber of Commerce in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
I have put up a web page showing the move if you would like to see it.

The NGDF was started by Don Richter and is currently operated in his memory by Nathan Holmes and others.
