Hi Rich and Paul,
Thank you for your response to my question. I purchased a copy of that book some time ago. Unfortuantely it doesn't have anything at all on Durango. It covers a lot of obscure Ice Houses, but that is of no help obviously.
I will keep hoping some-one out there has some information to guide me a bit.
It seems unusual that it is difficult to find anything on the Durango Ice House as Durango was the major centre of that part of the Narrow Gauge empire.
Thanks again. I will just keep my fingers crossed that some-one can help.
