Inspector of the K-36 Series

Jack you are a great help, Thank You so much for opening up the screen and letting the sun shine in, sure wish you were teaching some classes I would sign up.

I hope this isn't all top secret stuff, so I was also interested in who is responsible for the "monthly, quarterly, semi or annual inspections" of which you stated. Is it the engineers that are supose to do these inspections or is it someone who has moved up in seniority who was an engineer. Or is it the shop Forman or even the President of the operations.

I have recently accuired some old issues of The Brotherhood of Locomotive bound Magazines, inside they have a section of questions and answers. Each time I read these I seem to come up with more questions and there are not any answer there that helps me, so I will ask here.
