Thought there might be some interest in seeing what C&S 1113 / RGS 2101 looked like before the restoration......
At the Sundown & Southern, March 25, 2000. The roof to the D&RGW La Boca water tank is on the ground at the end of the car. Notice thye C&S block lettering barely visible on the side of the car
November ,2001 at the S&S
C&S 1113's last move on the Sundown & Southern, July 27, 2002. The Colorado Railroad Museum brought out their 6 ton Plymouth locomotive "Pee Wee" to load up the cars they purchased at the auction. Here Pee Wee is pulling C&S 1113 past D&RGW 04953.
