I rode the St Kitts railway in the early days of toursit operation, while the sugar mill was still open. Facinating operation & quite scenic, but hardly the last railway in the West Indies. Plenty of railways still in Cuba- or is Cuba not in the West Indies? As for most scenic, I'd vote for Rafael Freyre in Cuba, assuming the tourist & local passenger service is still running.
