Heads Up, A new Car arriving at the D&S tomorrow!

The Beggrow Family - Tall Timber Resort - Soaring Tree Top Adventures, had a replica of the Silver Vista Car made at Melcher Brothers in Durango.

It will be loaded with a crane tomorrow morning at the Melcher Brothers shop in the Durango Industrial Park, that's out by the Durango airport.

Jim and Bill Melcher will deliver it to the D&S. This would be a great time to see them load the car and also unload it at the railroad, someone please get some pictures.

The new car is actually owned by Denny and Judy's Granddaughter, and her initials are KS and the new car is named "KNIGHT SKY" and is painted in the Dark Red color by Jeff Ellingson of the D&S.

The car has Timken roller bearing trucks, many first class upgrades, leather seats, insulated floor to reduce the noise, etc.

The Beggrows will be turning over ownership of this car to the Harper Family in the near future.
