The notation had a line drawn to both eastbound trains out of Chama, which included engines 480, 483, 487, 482 and 489 but did not specify which 3 engines of the 5 were affected.
It appears that the turn originally was to have 3 engines.
It's hard to say. Train crew for the turn was called for 5:00 AM, all engine crews were called for 8:00 AM.
