I spoke to the person behind the desk and she directed me to Yvonne who is not there today. Again, I hope I'm wrong but the consist looks pretty well put together from what I see. I can't think of why they would have one made up of freight cars, coaches in the middle, with flanger and caboose at the back, made up and looking ready to roll if they were not going to use it.
