This film is entitled "The Railrodder". There is also a companion film called "The Making of The Railrodder". In it, Buster details some of the ways that the scenes were created.

Here's where my memory goes fuzzy. Either on "Making of the Railrodder" or in a special program made for television, I recall seeing Buster and his wife being interviewed about the film, and the difficulties he faced while making it. He was far from being a well man at that point in his life, yet insisted in planning and doing all the stunts himself. Putting forth the strenuous physical stamina required to handle the stunts in all kinds of weather while making the film may have been a contributing factor in his passing shortly after the film was completed.

At any rate, it is a first-rate film planned and carried out by a master of his craft.
