The first guy responding last March got it right. It is a 2' gauge boxcar built for WW1 but probably never delivered, then sold as a war surplus item for a storage container. It is a rare piece and the guys building a trench railway unit in Pennsylvania should buy it (or request a donation) for their reenactments, IMHO.
