The funeral for Jim Lethlean, a charter member of SVRR and past president, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 28 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2625 Hughes Lane in Baker City. Memorials to the SVRR are being accepted at Coles-Strommer Funeral Home, 1950 Place St., Baker City, OR 97814 I thank you all for letting me post this. Jim was a mainstay of the restoration project and will be missed. Ron Brinton, President SVRR
