Can't tell you whether the Manchas were riveted or welded frame, I just trammed with them. The smaller motors didn't have electrical brake steps in the controllers, however the 15 and 20 ton motors did. Also, all the smaller battery motors used the lever arraignment for braking, the 15 and 20 ton motors had the brake wheel mounted with the shaft horizontal. I preferred the brake lever myself. I could stop a lot quicker if running light.

The Idarado also had several 8 ton diesels built by EIMCO and a few 15 ton Plymouths. On the Mill Level they had two 20 ton diesel electrics that were built on the frames of the 20 ton trolley motors formerly owned by Telluride Mines.
