Rebirth of 483

I admit I am new to this site, I tried to search out any information on the possibilities of resurrecting 483 back to operational status. I noticed that there was some major talk of restoring 492 to operation. Just in my opinion (and don't get offended y'all) but 483 should be the next in line for a total tear down, similar to what 463 is going through right now. I understand that it isn't something that could be done by the facility in Chama alone, that it would have to be worked out by many facilities. I work for a machining facility and I understand some of all the work that it would entail to get 483 rollin' again under her own steam. How many millions would it take to get a project started.
What would it take to start gathering up certain parts that have been used on keeping other 480's running. Organizing them for future assembling. And when the time came and the money was there to start the rework,it would all be in place ready to go. I'm not looking for a fight of any kind just good hard facts would be nice.
