Actually ALL crews end up feeling feel good about their work. In my 14-15 years of going to work sessions, I have never heard a legitimate gripe about the accomplishments. Some teams have gone a bit further than others in their comradary, but generally nobody will ever tell you that you aren't welcome to join them in some socialization. The Square Gang that camps at Sublette Heights is one of the more extravigant setups with a nightly camp fire and sometimes entertainment. Obviously too much publicity would ruin the exclusiveness, but if you're working in the middle part of the line its better than driving back to Chama after work. They even put up with those who commute into the big city of Antonito.
