CO Appropriations Update

GREAT NEWS from the capitol in Denver, Colorado!
House Bill 00-1451 passed the Senate by a vote of 28-8 on Friday, March 31,2000 and is headed to Governor Owens for his signature. For the benefit of those not familiar, HB 00-1451 contains two appropriations for the C&TS for a total of $320,000:
1) Chama Shop Electrical Upgrades/Rewire - $120,000 2) Locomotive Running Gear Renovation - $200,000
