Actually....I moved back to Montrose and bought a house in town in 1977, after my 2nd daughter was born. In 1979 we sold the house and bought a place near the town of Colona, between Montrose and Ridgway. The driveway to my house was across the "tracks" which were still there!!

IIRC, the rails were taken out in 1980 or 1981....but they were there in 1979.
