What was a USATC S-155?

August 04, 2020 10:04AM
If you scroll down on this page, it notes a 2-8-2 design built at Schenectady to 42" gauge of which five were reportedly built in 1941. The dimensions are a bit different than the more common USATC S118 MacArthur design, of which the White Pass had 11, and others sent to nearly every continent. Has anyone ever seen a photo of these or does anyone know more about them?
