RGS 455 with 315 as mid-train helper

During 463's re-enactment of the 1940s as Rio Grande Southern 455, she worked trains in different configurations. In addition to double heading with 315 from Osier to Antonito, the engine led a westbound freight from Antonito to Osier with 315 as mid train helper. That day was very smoky with a lot of haze from forest fires in California. Here the train is working its way up the Whiplash to Big Horn and on toward Sublette, as seen from the summit of Big Horn Peak.
