Let's see if my brain works today..
The shorter boxcar in the 3rd image is part of the SPCRR collection.
The long one is the "Elephant" boxcar, I believe it is suspected to be built on a coach frame. The boxcar closest to the Shay should be a Billmeyer & Small boxcar from the Nevada Central similar to early D&RG cars, although it seems to be much rebuilt.
The baggage car is from the Colusa and Lake (Colusa, CA), it was originally a boxcar and at some point was converted to a baggage before winding up on the Eureka-Nevada Railway. This car part of the Nevada State Railroad Museum collection in Boulder City, NV.
The 2-8-0 is obviously Uintah #12
The Shay is former Santa Barbara Tie and Pole and is currently in Oregon along with the two boxcars. A few years ago I believe the group trying to revive what little was left of the West Side acquired them.
