The wood looks pretty rotted out. The car would have to be completely rebuilt. Then there is the issue of determining the ownership of the car,and if it is on USFS land then they would need a permit to remove a historical artifact which could be quite problematic.
I was once out with a group of Forest Service employees and we found a bunch of rusted old tin cans from an old sheepherder's camp. It looked like a pile of old garbage to me and I started to clean up the mess.
I was told I could not remove any of the historical artifacts from the site, a 20 year old camp site. If there had been people there camping at the time they would have been ticketed for littering.
