NNG Help Requested re Baldwin Loco

I recall from a long time ago that someone on this forum has access to Baldwin builders lists. Some time ago I bought a makers plate of the curved variety believing that it was for a narrow gauge loco. I have since been informed that it was for a Standard Gauge 0-4-0 saddle tank delivered to the British war department, Can somebody confirm this? Thanks in advance.
