My dad did not move to Sublette until February 1962

Alamosa extra 497-494 west, rotary OY
Engine 497 E Morgan
Engine 494 Lira
Conductor Thayne
Pilot Holt
Wheel Faucette
Depart Alamosa 9:10 AM
Arrive Antonito 10:30 AM, 40 minutes coal and water
Depart Antonito 11;10 AM
Lava 10 minutes water and wings out on rotary
Sublette 20 minutes water
Plowed to Mile Post 310, at 6;30 PM backed up to Sublette
Sublette 2 hours 10 minutes coal engines and rotary and tie up (Tied up 9:00 PM
Dispatcher notations read:
“3:17 PM Harding (should read Harden) x 497 & 494 west at Big Horn said found all cut full to that point.”
“5:16 PM Mr Davis called from Sublette, taking water & coal, then will go on west.”
“7:00 PM Mr Davis says they plowed to Toltec then came back to Sublette, going to take coal & water on engs & rotary and will go to work 5:00 AM tomorrow every one OK”
