Wisconsin Electric Narrow Gauge

Hello,
I am hoping this community can recall something I saw a long time ago....
In a used bookstore in oldtown Chicago, I was looking at a book about Wisconsin narrow gauge logging. One chapter, or a significant sidebar, described a mill railroad that had overhead wire and small 4-wheel locomotives. I think the gauge was either 30" or 36". The mill trackage included long trestles. It could have possibly involved the Hines Lumber Company, and I think it was in north central or northwest Wisconsin.
I wanted to buy the book, but it was way overpriced for my budget of the day.

Does anyone recall this railway, and are there any online resources? What book covered this line?
Thanks,
Olin
