It might look like this 3ft gauge outside frame 2-8-2.
A search finds a Ferrocarril Interoceanico in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Panama. The Baldwin specification page header is unreadable, so I don't know if it has the country mentioned. Anyone know? Engines were numbered from 50 to 59.
This also looks like the pattern for the K-27.
