Locomotive #425 acquired by the D&RG from the recently deceased Florence & Cripple Creek has now arrived in Chama. On September 24th it will begin "mixed train" service with a trip from Antonito to Santa Fe (Chama). Its consist will include a few cars of freight, one car of company freight (a flat car carrying a D&RG model T inspection truck), an RPO, and coach #292.

There are still a few seats available for this train.

This event is not to be missed. all proceeds will be used to help build proper passenger trucks for the "historic car fleet #256, 292, and Pay car F.
