SP #18 upcoming steam up

A quick reminder to everyone that SP #18 will be under steam for the only time in 2018 on the 4th and 5th of October. Friday the 5th will be open to everyone with operations throughout the day followed by the famous Carson Colorado trash can tri-tip dinner for $15 a person. For those that find the dinner and #18 aren't enough reason to visit the beautiful Owens Valley, this will also be the first operation of the #18 over our full length (500 foot) railroad. And the icing on the cake of reasons to attend.... the world famous Jeff Taylor of the Colorado RR Museum should be in the cab of the #18.
