The D&S is doing a great job rebuilding 493. No one on the D&S is happy about having to go to oil but as one who had a 54,000 acre fire 3/4 of a mile from his back door, I can testify that something had to be done. She will be like a new engine, new cab, new tender trucks, new cistern. These photos were taken today.
