Help needed on book identification

Hi all
I appreciate that this is a long shot, I am trying to identify a book from a scan of one page of it.
I found the attached image that apears to be a copy of a page from a book.
The two photos are of Mexican narrow gauge steam locomotives taken by Gerald M. Best
The page number is shown as 201 and as Best's book "Mexican Narrow Gauge" has less than 201 pages it is obviously not from that book.
Does anyone have any idea which book this page has been copied from ?
I have tried Google and not come up with anything. In fact it does seem there is not much information about Mexican narrow gauge on the Internet after filtering out all the hits for the Gerald Best book.
As well as the identity of the mystery book any information on the topic of Mexican NG would be gratefully received, thanks !
