That's because it is. This locomotive previously belonged to the late George Roose, who built the Cedar Point & Lake Erie as a concession back in 1963. (Mr.Roose was a major stockholder of the Park then). The locomotive is a Vulcan that came from Lehigh Stone, which CP&LE #44 "Judy K"came from.
This locomotive was the personal property of George Roose and was never used in service at Cedar Point [
steamlocomotive.info]. It was rebuilt at Lakecraft in Toledo by Sam Conti, who did several of the CP&LE locomotives.
