Speaking of the 499

Saw a picture of the 499 and did not want to high jack the thread.

Just came back from my folks in Canon City and went up to check out the Royal Gorge Bridge, haven't been up since the fire. The 499 looks good considering, but needs attention. The paint on the back of the tender is burnt off. But the rest looks good. The number boards in the headlight are melted. The track behind the locomotive sustained a lot of heat, probably from the caboose. Hope there are plans to restore the loco.

I would post pictures but cannot get to correct size. Soon as I figure it out I'll post pictures
