This photo was found by a friend of mine, Kes Jones, who found it as a scanned image collected by her late father Peter Jones, who was an avid collector of narrow gauge stuff, and a well known Garden Railway enthusiast on the UK. It may not be narrow gauge, but somebody has suggested that it may be in the USA. Any help with identification would be welcome.
