I got to wondering what historical organization has laid down the most new narrow gauge track on an old right of way. In Maine the WW&F Ry will be going past their first mile marker this weekend.
How long is the Georgetown Loop which is all new track; including of course the High Bridge?
My guess is that the Sumpter Valley RR which has put down 5 miles may be the winner.
