Crystal River RR

Hi,
I was looking at some Southern Iron & Equipment entries concerning used steam locomotives around the turn of the last century (1900).
Here is the entry:
"
2-8-0 Baldwin 13634 8-1893 17x20 - 36" gauge
Built as: Crystal River #11, Redstone, CO (an 0-8-0)
Central of Georgia #804, on 11-22-97 (a 2-8-0)
Gainesville Midland Ry., Gainesville, GA, in 1906
SI&E 973
MT. AIRY & EASTERN RY. #9, Mt. Airy, NC 8-25-1915 $3400
SI&E #1088
"
As I recall, Crystal River RR had both a standard gauge section and a narrow gauge section. This entry claims CRR #11 was a 36" gauge 0-8-0.
1) I thought that the only 36" gauge 0-8-0 in the continental US was ET&WNC #7.
2) CofG did not have much if any narrow gauge.
3) The GM was dual gauge when this loco was bought and was sold when GM standard gauged.
4) Mt. Airy & Eastern was a narrow gauge only.
Does anyone know if Crystal River RR #11 was a narrow gauge RR ? Was it actually an 0-8-0?
Are there any books on the Crystal River RR?
Thanks.
Doug
