I have been under the impression that the turntable at the Colorado RR Museum in Golden is from Alamosa. Is this true?
Erick Nelson told me yesterday that the turntable in Golden is only 75' long.
Where did the turntable in Golden come from, and, if not Alamosa, how long was Alamosa's turntable? My recollection is that it had to be longer than a mere 75'.
