Nice to see that the Gote has performed a public service by making the agreement between HRM and the C&TSRR Commission available at [www.chamasteam.com].

However, a word to the wise: best to read the agreement first-hand and not rely upon comments by posters over there. One guy got the payments to HRM wildly wrong, and some others suspect that a prudent boilerplate provision in the agreement is directed at some hidden problem during CTSMC's tenure.
